Great service, lovely room, great room service food, very pleasant stay.

The membership is free to anyone who applies but you have to have a plastic card with you. If you join the card takes until the next day to be ready for collection.

This all according to the people at the door. I know Covid has changed things but I would think after being closed for months they would let paying customers in ahead of a phantom customer who might swing by!!!

My Stay At The Star. Sadly i have to write a negative review. Because staff kept on calling me Sir.

When i prefer sexuality is female and undergone gender reassignnent. So therefore i am classified as transgender. Hotel is excellent place to stay.

I was given a good rate with beautiful views. But it is the principal of the matter that counts. I would suggest all staff be educated on how to deal and approach transgender people in public places.

The casino itself was very quiet at lunchtime and we thought it was looking nicely renovated. More machines than table games.

Why Jupiters Star has not understood why convenience is no substitute for quality. I stayed at Jupiters The Star recently for a four-day conference as it was conveniently attached to the Gold Coast Exhibition Centre.

The room was not bad as it looks like it had been recently renovated. It was clean and Covid-safe.
